New Trail established into New Germany, MN
The new established trail is east of CR33 at Vega Ave. and Hwy7. The old trial that ran down CR33 has been closed 1 mile south of Hwy 7.
All Snowmobile traffic from New Germany to Hwy 7 should use this new route to get to the gas station on Hwy 7.
This new trail also connects to the trail that uses the Dakota rail in New Germany, to the west to Lester Prairie and to the south to Norwood Young America.
There are many new rules that have been enacted by the county including a 30 mph speed limit in the town of New Germany. and on the Dakota rail trail out of town to the west. Please follow the signage and stay on the marked trails.
